ENG 273 - Feminism and Difference4 credits (Fall or Spring) Study of critical debates in global, transnational and Postcolonial feminisms. This introductory course will include literary, historical, and theoretical texts which study the progress of feminism in the global south in conjunction with but also often in opposition to the Euro-American world. Prerequisite: ENG 120 or ENG 121 for majors; for non-majors, ENG 120 , ENG 121 , GWS 111 or a course in the study of literature in another language department. Note: Plus-2 option available. Not offered every year. Instructor: Kapila
