CSC 395-01 - Advanced Special Topic: Modern Programming Principles

4 credits (Fall)
The state-of-the-art in programming is consistently informed by ideas developed by the programming languages research community. In this course, we explore a wide range of these modern programming techniques and their underlying principles as embodied in the  functional programming language, Haskell, and its siblings. By doing so, students will become outstanding programmers, capable of keeping up with the rapid evolution of the software industry and steering their teams towards development excellence.

Prerequisite: CSC 207 . Prerequisite or co-requisite: CSC 208 , MAT 208 , MAT 218 , or equivalent.
