HIS 202 - Modern Latin America4 credits (Fall) A general survey of Latin American history from independence to the present day. The course will focus on problems of political instability, economic development, and the role of the United States in the region.
Prerequisite: HIS 100 or second-year standing. Note: Plus-2 option available.
