EDU 460 - Seminar in Teaching the Young Adult4 credits (Fall) This course is a complement to the student teaching internship and is designed to provide students with a structured way of making connections between teaching theory and practice. We will conduct weekly seminar meetings aimed at two purposes: 1) to develop a problem-posing, relective approach to teaching challenges, and 2) to support the design, implementation and presentation of an action research project.
Co-requisite: EDU 469 . Prerequisite: EDU 101 , EDU 221 , EDU 250 and EDU 340 ; and EDU 210 , EDU 211 , EDU 212 , EDU 213 , EDU 214 , EDU 215 , EDU 217 or EDU 218 ; and EDU 341 , EDU 342 , EDU 343 , EDU 344 , EDU 345 , or EDU 346 . Instructor: Staff
