GWS 295-01 - Special Topic: Race, Gender, Migration and Capitalism4 credits (Spring) This course looks into forced migrations on a global scale through an intersectional lens. From the transatlantic slave trade to recent migratory movements and refugee routes, this class will address how racial capitalism in the Plantationocene and the Anthropocene shapes contemporary narratives of flight.
