CSC 312 - Programming Language Implementation

4 credits (Fall or Spring)

A hands-on approach to understanding the essential concepts of programming languages (such as evaluation, binding, procedural abstraction, state, control flow, data abstraction, types, and inheritance) by writing language tools—interpreters, compilers, and analysis tools—that implement those concepts.

Prerequisite: CSC 207 with grade S, C, or better.
