PHE 195-01 - Introductory Special Topic: Adventure Leadership

This course is designed to help students develop the necessary technical skills and leadership skills for leading participants and groups in various adventure recreation activities. The course will focus on developing technical skills, leadership abilities, judgement and decision-making abilities, and overall knowledge of best practices for recreating in the natural environment.

Prerequisite: New GORP Trip Leaders have priority.
