PHE 195-02 - Introductory Special Topic: Sports Card Collecting

In Sports Card Collecting, students will take a deep dive into the world of sports cards. Students will learn about the history of sports trading cards, terminology associated with sports card, various types of cards, different collecting methods, take an in-depth look at card grading, and learn about technological changes within the industry. This course will engage students in different simulations ranging from mock card shows to card grading activities. Students will be required to verbally present research findings on a specific card set of their choice.
