EDU 216 - Mapping Racial Trauma in Schools

4 credits (Fall or Spring)
This course focuses on the relationship between Black youth and the institution of school in the post-Brown v. We will examine the technologies and pedagogies of racialized trauma in schools, emphasizing how they maintain white supremacy.
