PSY 395-01 - Advanced Special Topic: Cognitive Neuroscience4 credits (Fall) The course explores the key methods used in cognitive neuroscience, such as EEG/ERP, fMRI, and TMS, as well as what they can tell us about memory, attention, language comprehension, and cognition in general. The course starts with a discussion of the methods and limitations of the various neuroimaging techniques, and moves on to survey primary research articles covering many of the current hot topics in cognitive neuroscience.
Prerequisite: PSY 225 and one of PSY 231 , PSY 246 , PSY 260 , or NRS 250 , with grades of S, C or better. Note: Plus-2 option available. Instructor: Papaioannou
